Nepali and Indian security
authorities have organized a court of investigation into the Bhantabari
occurrence in which Indian security strengths had opened shoot on Nepali
Citizens on last Wednesday.
Four Nepalis were harmed when
Indian Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) security fired "unpredictably" at
Nepali nationals in Haripur-7 of Bhantabari in Sunsari, Nepal on Wednesday.
District Officer Rabilal Panth said a court of request was founded on Friday in
the vicinity of Arun Kumar Singh, Inspector General of Police, Patna
Headquarters of Indian SSB.
Head of District Police and
authorities of the Armed Police Force and National Investigation Department
likewise took an interest in the joint meeting held at Indian SSB 45-Battalion
in Birpur.
CDO Panth said the Indian powers
have guaranteed that no such episode would be rehashed in the Nepali region in
future. "IGP Singh communicated his distress over the occurrence,"
said Panth, adding that they have consented to keep up peace and safe

Four Innocent Nepali Citizens
-Naresh Yadav, Manoj Yadav, Ashok Yadav and Saroj Yadav were injured in the
SSB's firing.
